ABOUT HIGH BAR ARBORIST SERVICES
HISTORY
High Bar Arborist Services was formed in 2018 by Colin McKim. Colin has been doing tree work full time since 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management and Protection from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After college, he worked for the U.S. Forest Service, a habitat restoration contractor, and two small tree services in California. He moved to Louisville, Colorado in August 2015 to work for an established tree company. In May 2018 he became an independent contractor, providing arborist services to other local companies and directly to clients. He is now based in Frederick, Colorado.
CERTIFIED AND
INSURED
Colin is certified by the International Society of Arboriculture as a Certified Arborist number RM-7914A. An ISA Certified Arborist credential requires training and knowledge in all aspects of arboriculture. ISA Certified Arborists must also adhere to the Code of Ethics that strengthens the credibility and reliability of the workforce.

High Bar Arborist Services carries $1 million in general liability insurance to cover any potential damage caused by accidents. Proof of insurance documents are available on request. Colin carries personal medical and disability insurance to cover any injuries.
SAFETY AND PROFESSIONALISM
Colin holds high standards for the quality of work he performs. Trees will always be pruned appropriately and to the customer's satisfaction. Removals will be performed efficiently and safely. Personal protective equipment will be used to reduce the chance of injuries on the jobsite. All industry standards are followed. Colin holds current CPR/first aid training and is trained in aerial rescues. He also holds a class B commercial drivers license.
